Clerk Typist 2 - This position requires performance of a variety of clerical services for the reception area, including greeting consumers, switchboard activities, appointment reminders, data entry and file creation in laserfiche. Social Services Aide - This is a paraprofessional position in our Early Intervention Department designed to assist case managers with routine work, including; referrals, updates, linking, transferring, provider follow up, and other tasks as assigned. Mental Heath Targeted Case Manager – We’re looking for energetic individuals with a positive, strengths based perspective to help adults and children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities accomplish their goals. Case manager responsibilities include all aspects of case management such as; referral and placement of consumers, file maintenance, participant contacts and case notes, data entry and reporting requirements, development and maintenance of service plans and the provision of supportive services. Strong organizational, creative and interpersonal skills required. Must be flexible and solutions oriented. Ability to motivate and advocate for participants is essential. Bachelor’s degree in a social services or related field is required. Must have clean driving record, PA Child Abuse History, Criminal History and FBI Fingerprint clearances.
